Jon Kershaw was engaged by Mondiale VGL to provide support in the areas of corporate governance, enterprise risk management, contracts, and compliance.
He also provided guidance on climate risk and sustainability.
The project involved Jon working with members of the board, the management team and other staff across the business.

The business was formed by the 2021 merger of Auckland-headquartered Mondiale Freight Services and Sydney-headquartered Visa Global Logistics.
